There is no driver on RPM fusion for your card so you can try this I have based on Arch Linux wiki page, I do not have a broadcom card so cannot fully tested

First install development tools

sudo dnf install kernel-devel make gcc

Then go here and download the 34 or 64 kernel module Linux STA then uncompress it on a folder

tar xvzf hybrid-v35_64-nodebug-pcoem-6_30_223_271.tar.gz

If it compiled with no problem

sudo make install

Then you need to be sure to remove broadcom kernel modules

sudo rmmod b43
sudo rmmod ssb

Then you can test you new kernel module

sudo modprobe wl

If that works you can add the b43 and ssb module to the kernel blacklist on /etc/modprobe.d/

Hope this help, normally will say install rpmfusion and install broadcom-wl or akmod-wl but rpmfusion is not working for now.
