You can just the following (two) line(s) to /etc/yum.repos.d/google-chrome.repo (or whatever the file-is-called.repo)

gpgcheck=1
gpgkey=https://dl-ssl.google.com/linux/linux_signing_key.pub

That's where there public key is located.

(Better include it in your dnf-upgrade process, so that you receive security-critical updates from them.)
