What console-setup was suppose to do ?

dpkg-reconfigure is a command that exist in Fedora , but doesn't run dpkg-reconfigure console-setup because system don't have the console-setup command , https://packages.debian.org/sid/utils/console-setup we miss that package in Fedora petty .
