Just add a entry for your other Fedora in /etc/grub.d/40_custom then run grub2-mkconfig -o /boot/efi/efi/fedora/grub.cfg.

If your other Fedora is the version 23 beta and you're up for learning something new, check out the new systemd-boot feature in systemd version 220 that can be used instead of Grub. ONce you figure it out it's easier to use than Grub.
