Got my answer in: https://ask.fedoraproject.org/en/question/69411/no-wifi-after-kernel-upgrade/ That helped me, there was posted a question if kernel-modules were installed. In my case that package was missing.

Everything's fine now! Check your installed packages with dnf list installed | grep kernel for missing ones.
