RPMFusion has already branched for F22, but their rawhide release package doesn't configure this. You need to make sure your /etc/yum.repos.d/rpmfusion-(non)free-rawhide.repo file is configured like this:

[rpmfusion-free-rawhide]
baseurl=http://download1.rpmfusion.org/free/fedora/development/22/$basearch/os/
#mirrorlist=http://mirrors.rpmfusion.org/mirrorlist?repo=free-fedora-rawhide&arch=$basearch

[rpmfusion-nonfree-rawhide]
baseurl=http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/development/22/$basearch/os/
#mirrorlist=http://mirrors.rpmfusion.org/mirrorlist?repo=nonfree-fedora-rawhide&arch=$basearch

I haven't quite figured out the string to pass to their mirror list server to grab the F22 URL, so I'm just pointing at a direct URL.
