There is a Fedora security team who produce a security focused Fedora spin. I dont have any direct experience with it but I think it includes a lot of the same tools from kali linux (formerly backtrack). I would give it a try if I were you. I'm sure it includes aircrack-ng which is a common wifi pen testing tool.
