Ok I've solved the problem. Short answer : Update to the latest version (Schrödinger's cat) and activate radeon audio in the grub 2 config by appending to GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX in /etc/default/grub (hdmi audio is desactivated by default)

Long answer :

I tried to download a Fedora 18 iso and launched the live CD, same glitches (except that strangely enough, they were tainted in a brown color instead of white).

I then remembered my Fedora 19 iso for somewhat old (a few weeks/months) so I checked for update and installed Schrödinger's cat (which I guess is a sort of major stable release), it seems that everything is working fine so far. Then I solved the audio problem by activating the hdmi audio in the grub conf.
