Is it a wine installation? Better avoid any manual installations as root, unless you really know what you are doing, and keep track of all the installed files or other possible modifications to the system. It looks that the current wine version available for Fedora 19:

    yum info wine.x86_64

is built using the --enable-win64 flag:

    cd /tmp&& mkdir tmp.$$&& cd tmp.$$&& rpm2cpio http://download.fedoraproject.org/pub/fedora/linux/updates/19/SRPMS/wine-1.6-1.fc19.src.rpm | cpio -idm && grep enable-win wine.spec

so instead of compiling, try first:

    su -c "yum install wine"
