IMPORTANT : however this is a temporary configuration to make it definitive I use the command line :

sudo firewall-cmd --permanent --zone=public --add-port=60000/tcp
sudo firewall-cmd --permanent --zone=public --add-port=60000/udp
sudo firewall-cmd --permanent --zone=public --add-port=61000/tcp
sudo firewall-cmd --permanent --zone=public --add-port=61000/udp
sudo firewall-cmd --permanent --zone=public --add-port=62000/tcp
sudo firewall-cmd --permanent --zone=public --add-port=62000/udp
