I think Mate is not shipped with an App store app. You can use gnome-software instead. (sudo dnf install gnome-software). However, it's much better to stick to the command line tool dnf to search, install and remove software.

I think Mate is equipped with dnfdragora, a GUI for dnf. So, not shipped with exactly an App store app. Store app but some graphical package manager.
