Generally when you download an ISO file, md5 checksums are right next to it in ftp/http server. I.e. if I downloaded from

http://ftp.sh.cvut.cz/MIRRORS/fedora/linux/releases/16/Fedora/i386/iso/Fedora-16-i386-DVD.iso

the file with checksums is

http://ftp.sh.cvut.cz/MIRRORS/fedora/linux/releases/16/Fedora/i386/iso/Fedora-16-i386-CHECKSUM

So for your dvd CHECKSUM should be af7f172962ab47748914edb7c4d30565d23b4cf21f3bc4b7e3cd770b384d9a75. Note that the checksum file is gpg-signed and contains sha256sum instead of md5 sum for better safety so don't take my work for it
