Use blkid to get the UUID for swap, and make sure that UUID is used in both Debian and Fedora /etc/fstab.

Alternatively you can omit an /etc/fstab entry for both Debian and Fedora, and use gdisk to make sure the partition type GUID is set to 8200 which is the type for Linux swap, and then systemd will find it and activate swap automatically.
