Yes. Since Fedora 27 (gnome-boxes-3.26) we support shared folders with webdav. Your guest (VM system) needs to have the spice-guest-tools and the spice-webdav daemon installed. If your VM is a Fedora system, it has it out of the box.

In the VM Properties in GNOME Boxes you can set a shared folder from the host to the guest, that's in the "Devices & Shares" tab.
