Hello, when you do an dd command to copy an ISO file to a USB, you need to create a partition with flag bootable, in other words, you should use the command parted, please read the man parted.

parted /dev/sdb1 set 1 boot on


dd if=file.iso of=/dev/sdb1

Sdb1 is a partition without filesystem format.

Now you windows ISO is bootable. Let me know if it works for you.
