This thread provided me with the solution.

Issuing those commands solved it for me :

systemctl --user start obex 
sudo systemctl --global enable obex

I also needed to make sure file sharing was enabled on my laptop in Settings > Sharing > File Sharing. Doing the same thing on my friend's Mac was also necessary.

I was willing to transfer a file to another laptop via bluetooth. Fedora 25 comes with everything you need, including the bluetooth-sendto command which let's you pick a file and send it.

I am able to select a file but as soon as I do it, here is what happens :

Since updating to Fedora 25, both gcolor 2 and gpick stopped working. The utility launches, but there is no way to pick a color. Nothing happens when I do it.

As a web developper, I use them a lot. Any work around is most welcome

I am having this weird behavior since updating to Fedora 25. Sometimes (don't ask me when, it happened 3 times in about a week of non-stop use of my laptop to give you an idea), I can't click within windows anymore. I can click to select a window (Terminal, Firefox, VLC, whatever), and the window does get selected, but I can't click within it.

Only a reboot (which I can click) does solve the problem. I know this is kind of a vague bug report but I don't really know where to look for more info.

Any suggestion is most welcome

Since updating to Fedora 25, whenever I turn VLC into fullscreen, my UI freezes. I can here the sound of the video but that's it, nothing else responds.

I realized I could redirect the command output to a file. Here is what I did :

vlc > vlc.txt > 2>&1

Hmmm... It seems I was having Synaptics installed and not libinput. I switched but... I don't see any difference unfortunately

I used to have this very cool momentum scrolling feature available in Fedora < 23.

Momentum scrolling is when scrolling continues rolling on its own for some time when you scroll, as a ball would keep on rolling when pushed a little. Here is a concrete example, but it was working all the time, whenever I was scrolling a window.

Is there any way to enable this again on Fedora 25 ?

In case you do not have any default gateway set when you enter ip route, that might have to do with you connection not being configured to use DHCP. Simply go to Network Manager > Your connection > Settings > IPv4 > Addresses and there select Automatic (DHCP).
