Yeah its not recomanded and maybe you should use tmpwatch to do it (http://linux.about.com/library/cmd/blcmdl8_tmpwatch.htm) and delete only oldies :-)

But first question is : why do you want to remove all the temporary files ? Just to save space (Did you tried to look at cache files too ) ?

Ex : yum store his cache at /var/cache/yum and this cache can be sometime huge ...

2011-11-09 11:22:02 -0600 answered a question What prevents the Awesome WM to be available in the official fedora repos?

Work in progress : https://bugzilla.redhat.com/showbug.cgi?id=452427 The application is in a review state of packaging (http://fedoraproject.org/wiki/PackageReview_Process).

But maybe an additional maintainer (you ?) could help :-).

Or, you can try to ask on IRC or on mailling lists (Fedora-devel) if someone can help with the review.

Can you try to remove rpfusion repo, yum clean all then re-install rpmfusion ?

It look like the packet is available in rpmfusion repository. http://download1.rpmfusion.org/nonfree/fedora/releases/16/Everything/i386/os/repoview/broadcom-wl.html (Last update on 2011-11-07)

Did you activated Rpmfusion repository http://rpmfusion.org/Configuration ?

2011-11-09 01:18:23 -0600 answered a question Can I install Fedora next to Ubuntu without using the existing swap?

Installer detect existing SWAP partition and configure/use it without problem.

If not, you can find all needed help here : http://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/Fedora/14/html/StorageAdministrationGuide/s1-swap-adding.html
