Thanks so much for your reply. I didn't really understand the basics of LVM or realize part of its appeal is being able to do things like that easily. For some reason I couldn't get Blivet to work how I wanted, but if anyone finds this post, the instructions I found at https://www.krenger.ch/blog/linux-lvm... worked perfectly.

I'm in a weird situation where I have 15GB of space unallocated on my drive that I would like to extend my Fedora partition into but the /boot partition is located between these two. It looks like this: my partitions

I also need to have Windows dual-booted, which is what the other partitions are for.

I have found some answers online, but they are mostly old and for slightly different situations, so I was hoping someone here could help me out with what to do so I don't mess up my boot.
