So guys, I will be answering my question by myself - but this could not be achieved with amazing support I got in the comments below the question.

What fixed it for me:

I had previously installed VirutalBox on my Windows 7, which installed a

VirtualBox Ethernet Adapter

inside the Newtork Adapters. I then uninstalled this one (inside Windows) and went back to check if it helped - in my case, I also had to remove my manual inserted IP, DNS, etc and just live it for Automatic DHCP.

and then .. it WORKED. Curretnly typing this solution with my Fedora 22, really excited!

@sideburns: Please check my comment two above. It's working now. Could you please check the comment anyway, I want to know your opinion, if VirtualBox Ethernet Adapter could be screwing things around?

GUYS! I am writting this comment from F22 Firefox browser! The connection is established. HOW: I noticed in route print from Windows that I have this VirtualBox Ethernet Adapter. I went to uninstall it. When I logged in to my F22 root, there was still no connection. Then I removed my manual inputs inside the Wired connection (so removed the IP, Netmask, Gateway, DNS,..) and applied the changes. Now it seems to work. Hopefully a pernament fix - do you think I should post the answer for issue was the VirtualBox Ethernet Adapter screwing something around?

@aeperezt: So you mean that I should REMOVE my manual inputs for IP, Netmask, DNS,.. and then try to connect. And then post here what i get from ifconfig.. etc ?

@aeperezt: Yes, it is enp3s0, but I wrote in comments eth0, because I was afraid that you might not understand what I mean if I write enp3s0. But the output of ifconfig is defineatly enp3s0. Sorry for that.

@sideburns: If I remove my manul inputs (so the IP Address, Gateway, DNS, Netmask) from IPv4 Tab, I wont be able to connect at all. It will keep trying to connect, but never connect. Thanks for reply.

Guys I editet my question with more details for you, since you are really nice with helping, so I decided to also put some more effort! @NuuN: Edit: What should I focus on with ipconfig / all ? And route print - what I'm looking for? Thanks again NuuN!

@aeperezt: My bad, will edit the question. I am running on FEDORA 22 Dual Boot with Windows 7 Ultimate. On Windows 7 internet works fine.

@sideburns: Thanks for helping. My connections is "connected" only when I manually insert the IP, Netmask, DNS, Gateway inside the Network Manager app, when I click on Edit eth0. If I do not give this inputs, it won't even connect. And as said, even though it connects now, the internet is not really working - ping only works locally (router), but cannot ping google or 8.8.8.8

@NuuN: Thanks for replying.As far as I am aware, we do not use Proxy at our Campus / Students Dorms. I checked with What is my IP website and it says "No Proxy detected".

So I have been through all the Threads, Questions here and checked all the possible answers to find a solution for me. I wont post my snippets here, just some take-out: - If i set DHCP Auto I cannot ping to my router nor outside - If i set Manually IP, I can ping my router but not outside (so no google.com nor 8.8.8.8, etc.) - My Ethernet Card is detected (ifconfig) and drivers recognized / installed (lspci -v) (possible issue because it is R8169?)

I have tried to play around with NetworkManager, restarting, unplugging the cable, etc. Nothing worked. This happened on: ArchLinux, Kali Linux and now on Fedora linux.

Once I got it working on Kali Linux but rather randomly than with strategy, but after reboot it did not work anymore there too.

I won't ask for your ideas on how to solve this one, because I will probably just delete and give up on Linux here, but I would like to ask, is this a common problem on Campus Networks ? Is it possible that they do not allow / support Linux OS for Networking ?

EDIT: Since you guys are really nice with help, I will also put some effort to this question, maybe we can find solution.
