More information please. File type, end goal, etc. I have assumptions, but they may be incorrect or detrimental.

Since the Kernel upload, I haven't had the same issues. So being at 3.15 solved the problem. I'll re-post/update if anything changes.

That's what I meant by default database. I'm not sure if its via GNOME or Fedora, but either way it is an excellent improvement for growing our user base.

I second this. CentOS is an excellent server OS, but I think "Fedora Server" will be an excellent alternative.

I have the MG3220 and use the MG3100 driver that comes in the default database. In GNOME go to Settings >> Printers >> Click on your model (after unlocking it) >> Choose from database >> Choose Canon >> Choose MG3100 >> Print test page.

Now, you have the option to upload a PPD file, I simply have not and am fine with my printer only printing.

Edit. I have an image for clarity, though not enough karma to upload. Thus I'll expand on my process.

I hardly feel this is worthy of a down vote. While it may be a guess, an attempted answer should be left alone until OP returns.

I would also add Monodevelop to that list. While mainly for C#, it is very clean (design) IDE.

GRUB should give you an option during boot. While in Fedora, enter a terminal and do:

CD etc/default/grub
Vi grub

And change grub default to whichever stanza has your windows boot. Example:

GRUB_DEFAULT = 1

Hope this helps.

Wireless on x64 fedora 20 using the rt2800pci driver is ..hacky/slow/kinda bad. I've seen different posts claiming it is a known bug and is fixed, yet the issue persists.

On Ubuntu (13.10 & 14.04) the connection seems better for some reason. Thoughts?
