Fedora 23 (64-bit) Skype video problem

I've got problem with Skype video (internal laptop cam). It was working earlier but from some time (can't tell exactly when so I can't tell what changed in my system - I've installed zoneminder lately but I can't tell if that's it) when I try to use video in Skype (e.g. going to settings -> video) crashes my system - I go back to login screen. The same thing happen when I try to use video capture in VLC. I tried cheese and xawtv and both applications are working fine. I've tried all solutions I could find (most of them ordered to use export LD_PRELOAD=/usr/lib/libv4l/v4l1compat.so before calling skye) but none of them work. Can anybody help me trace what is wrong?

Small update: this seems to be Intel driver/xorg problem. I've just tried Wayland session and I can use camera in skype. In Xorg.0.log I found error:

Fatal server error:
