Mouse Problems with Fedora 17 after software update.

The mouse seems to 'jump' or 'snap to' the hot spot in the upper lefthand corner. This results in the activities display of Gnome popping in and out, which is extremely annoying when I'm trying to get some work done. As long as I don't touch my mouse everything is fine, but when I move my mouse, even a small amount, anywhere on the screen the jumping will happen. It is random as it doesn't always jump on a mouse movement, but it's often enough to be really annoying, on the order of 1 sec < jump < 1 min. This started happening after a software update on or about 21 August. I keep my software up to date pretty regularly, so it had to be an update within a few days of the 21st.

UPDATE: Problem resolved by downgrading the xorg-x11-servers (xorg-x11-server-common xorg-x11-server-Xorg xorg-x11-server-Xephyr) from 1.12.3-1.fc17 to 1.12.0-2.fc17.
