Incorrect cpu speed? -Fedora 17

I have recently installed 64-bit Fedora-17. Previously i was using Ubuntu.

Problem: My Cpu is Intel i5-2500K at base frequency 3.3 frequency. It's of 4 cores. When i invoke command cat /proc/cpuinfo | grep MHz , all of the 4 cores frequency is displayed as 1600 MHz. I'm not getting what is the problem.

Any help is appreciated.
