change fan speed in order to make it free from dust

Hi, I have lenovo z500, When I used windows it had a application that had a option named dust removal which made fan spin fast( and probably reverse spin) to remove dusts inside it, since I can`t use that application on Linux, Is there any solution to do this? Thanks
