How do I upgrade to Fedora21 from Fedora10?

All computers in this explanation are Intel based 32-bit machines. I first tried to upgrade via internet thus: Using Firefox browser on a Fedora10 machine, when I try to access https://getfedora.org, I receive "Secure Connection failed-Unable to generate public/pair key". The Firefox version is old-3.0.15. I have been unable to upgrade to new version of Firefox--I believe because Fedora10 reached EOL long ago. So I went to Windows 7 computer, downloaded and burned to a RW DVD the file Fedora-Live-Workstation-i686-21-5.iso When I boot that DVD (on the target machine currently running Fedora10 in which I changed CMOS setup to boot only from the DVD), I get message "Unable to find system". Using Fedora10, I can open the Fedora21 DVD with the File Browser and the directories EFI, isolinux, LiveOS, GPL, and README are visible. I can also, on the Fedora10 machine, boot from my original Fedora10 DVD. Am I missing something on the Fedora21 DVD that allows it to boot? or what? Insightful comments are certainly welcome.
