Getting networkd and resolved to work?

I'm on a static IP and RAM constrained on a VPS, running Fedora 29, I tried disabling NetworkManager and using systemd-networkd and systemd-resolved but they both kept failing to start, the configuration was the EXACT same as the Arch system I was using before. I can't even figure out the error as journalctl isn't even giving me anything and the error is very cryptic when I check the status.

I've tried to RTFM but I can't even begin to pin point where the problem is.

Edit: The problem seems to have just gone away when I retried now, same config and settings 4 days later.
