How to remove system upgrade notification ("Fedora 27 Now Available") ?

At startup, and in gnome-software, I have got the following notification :

Fedora 27 Now Available

Is it possible to disable this notification ?

(I wan't to avoid that a friend upgrade the system on his computer)

Update: same issue for Fedora 27 -> 28 upgrade...
