How can I manually define the partition section with Fedora 26 Xfce live

Hi, can anyone, please show me/or give me some more info regarding whether it is possible to do a manual partitioning using the Anaconda from the Fedora 26 Xfce spin.iso installer? Also, I tested the Live version from a USB, and the desktop environment seemed to be the GNOME one instead. I am wrong??
