Fedora freezes during shutdown and other commands on kernel kernel-4.11.7-200.fc25.x86_64, but not on kernel kernel-4.8.6-300.fc25.x86_64.
The whole os also freezes when I type screenfetch on to the terminal, and I can not move anything. In both of these instances, I have to turn the power off manually.
My laptop is a Dell XPS 9560. I do not know if this is relevant or not, but it has the 1050 graphics card.
Please give me some ideas on how to fix this.
