After upgrading from fc14 to fc16 (by means of preupgrade) and rebooting, I found only 14 services in the GUI Service Configuration Tool and not runing. I had to start some of them (like httpd or crond) manually.
Can anybody please help to fix the Service Configuration Tool and start all services needed automated way after rebooting?
