this is the problem:
i use fedora25, have gutenprint cups, and want to use my printer canon ip 100 series, it is connected via usb. fedora recognizes the printer, but it does not really work: it only "prints" empty pages. so i tried to install the drivers from canon for this printer, which are named cnijfilter-common-3.70-1.x86_64.rpm and cnijfilter-ip100series-3.70-1.x86_64.rpm
installing the first one was no problem, but at the second i got following errors: "nothing provides libtiff3". so i downloaded libtiff3 and tried to install it, but there was the following error: "nothing provides rpmlib(SetVersions)". so, where do i get rpmlib? kobo-rpmlib.noarch is already installed. or, is there any other solution? any missing package?
