Cant make a broadcom 4313 USB wifi dongle to work fedora24
I purchased a USB-Based WIFI dongle based on BROADCOM 4313. Clean instrall of Fedora24 does not recognize the Dongle. Trying drivers (Fuse free/non free), kmod-wl AKMOD-wl doesn't help -it just disables the laptop's onboard WIFI. The drivers CD that came with the prroduct are no help - the MAKE they recommend just doesn't work. Two weeks ago I did succeed in making it work, but the system got butchered (my mistake) before I backed up,and I can't recollect how I did it. running lspci | grep -i wl gives the following:
[root@GalloFedora ~]# lspci | grep -i broad 08:00.0 Network controller: Broadcom Corporation BCM4313 802.11bgn Wireless Network Adapter (rev 01)
Can anybody please help?
Thanks,
Shalom Elkin
