To use Fedora and MS Windows, you have the following options

  • Use Virtualization. This will be the most suitable option for you. Install a virtualization software like VirtualBox on either Fedora or MS Windows. Then install the other OS in with your virtualization software. You can run both OS at the same time, and run applications from both OS. See this user manual to know how to use VirtualBox.
  • Dual boot MS Windows and Fedora. This is the most common way, but the problem is, you can run either MS Windows or Fedora at a time.
  • Use WINE. If you install WINE on your Fedora system, you can run windows applications from fedora. Although most commonly used applications like Photoshop, Dreamweaver, etc., will work, there are many applications also out there that don't work.
