AMD dedicated graphics card not working in Lenovo Laptop

So, I have laptop with integrated and dedicated Graphics card. Integrated is R3 and dedicated is R5 R5 doesn't seem to work; isn't shown as VGA compatible.

What version of Fedora is it? Have any other versions worked on this very laptop? What about other operating systems?

it's fedora 25

Laptop is new, so I cant say. I've just noticed it because gnome animations seemed very slow
