Since Dec. 13 I've been receiving "Failed to synchronize cache for repo 'rpmfusion-free-updates', disabling." when dnf tries to run update. When I look at the URL metalink of fedora.repo I see an XML file, but when I do the same for rpmfusion-free.repo or any of the rpmfusion free or nonfree it is just a text file, not sure if that is the problem or not but the bottom line is I can't get updates for the free repository.

Between lensfun and other updates issues since I started trying to update to F24 (now for about 2 weeks) I not having fun.

How do I report this to someone at RPMFusion?

Well this morning 12/17/16 all repo's were able to sync cache and update. Don't know where the problem was or what was done to fix it. I only ran "dnf clean all" yesterday and was still not able to update.

I tried the dnf clean all. It removed 160 files but still doesn't sync cache for that repo. It seems the rpmfusion-free-updates.repo works for you though, it must be something on my system. Would reporting it to rpmfusion do any good?
