The two NVIDIA video cards installed in the workstation seem to be fully recognized by Fedora 25, but only one displays any image except for the mouse pointer!

By default, a second screen will be configured as a secondary monitor. You can drag windows over to it, or programs like LibreOffice will automatically do the right thing and show presenter controls on the main screen and the presentation on the secondary.

You can change the arrangement by running the "Displays" control panel applet.

Or, if you want the Overview and panel to span both displays, you can install the Multi Monitors Add-On shell extension.

Thanks for your reply, Mattdm. But the issue I have run into is a not a configuration one but the loss of video to one of the monitors attached to the workstation. Actually, according to the GDM dialog window, the two video cards (NVIDIA) and the three monitors (SAMSUNG, ACER, PROSCAN) attached to the cards are fully configured and identified in the dialog window. The problem is that the SAMSUNG monitor can only display the mouse pointer. In fact, a screenshot shows background images on all three monitors suggesting screenshot seeing a ghost background which cannot be seen on the monitor!
