How to open the Keyboard Shortcuts Overlay Window

In Gnome 3.20 the keyboards overlay window was introduced: https://help.gnome.org/misc/release-n...

It was quite a challenge to find the keyboard shortcut for the keyboard shortcut overlay . Most info came from planning docs, only the release notes gave me a definitive answer to the correct shortcut.

It says it is: <crtl>+? or <ctrl>+<f1>

This doesn't work for me. Is there a setting, which I have to activate or did I unset the shortcut in the keyboard settings?

I'm using Fedora 25 with Gnome 3.22
