Were marked as duplicate, but I searched and found no other questions and therefore answer.
So I have to ask again, Where can I download a Fedora less than 700 MB?

A USB pen drive can be handy. They are cheap, everywhere and they are re-writable, so you can use them many times. How to create one? Check this
Otherwise, only netimage as suggested by @vtrefny below but that won't give you a Live System...
I want a GParted CD. Even if I used a USB drive I would still prefer a smaller file.

Keep in mind, the Fedora installer, called anaconda enables you to change and arrange the partitions - of course, also when started from a netinstall-image.
OK thanks that seems like a feasible solution although it still would be nice to be able to use the same CD for resizing partitions and installing Fedora
