I'm on F25 and I used Gnome Software for removing Evolution. After the removal and rebooting the machine if I check through System Resources I can still see all of these processes running: evolution-address-book-factory evolution-address-book-factory-subprocess evolution-calendar-factory evolution-calendar-factory-subprocess evolution-source-registry

Thanks for support. PS: would it be better for me to use the forum next time for beta-release issues?

I understand that, I was looking for a workaround.. it doesn't seem right to me that I can't freely remove all evolution packages from my system easily

If you are using the Gnome desktop, it depends on those processes, so you can't remove them and still run Gnome.
