Hi! I was wondering how to make a bootable lilo or grub floppy diskette in fedora?

You may want to edit your initial question instead of posting an answer to it.
In the meantime, I'll link some documentation of grub2 (Fedora's boot loader). You will plenty of information regarding your grub config.
Please note that there are significant differences for Legacy Bios vs. U(EFI) systems.

Let me refrase the question. I want to edit the boot menu, i would like to know what files are starting the boot menu system and how to control the startup process.. So this is actually two questions..
