thank you very much! the reason why i wont to debug shutdown process is that my pc don't shutdown. i think that is a problem in the grub configuration. could be?

During shutdown (when the little Fedora icon appears in the middle of the screen) hit F2 to see the generated DMESGs in realtime. This may help you to find the point where Fedora gets stuck.

I observed this "not shutting down"-behaviour sometimes when a new kernel comes via sudo dnf update. In my cases a subsequent shutdown or reboot lasts up to 30min, but it will finish after a certain period of time! Killing the machine during such a shutdown may not be a good idea, i once destroyed the whole installation doing this.

your advice is to reinstall the system?

Not now, this should be the last solution.

and the intermediate solution?

I have find this in Problem Reporting of fedora 24:

"reason: gnome-shell killed by SIGTRAP cmd line: /usr/bin/gnome-shell"

and

"The incomplete data problem. This usually occurs when a problem is encountered while the computer is shutting down or the user logs out ."
