I would like to do a fresh install of Fedora 24, but with previous installation I chose to encrypt my system. How do I decrypt the harddrive so nothing will get messed up while re-installing the system to a fresh one?
If you want to erase everything and just do a fresh installation, you don't need to decrypt existing data -- installer will just delete all existing partitions and create new ones.
If you want do reinstall the system and keep your data (reuse /home partition/logical volume) you can decrypt your harddrive during installation, just select "manual partitioning" and installer will ask for the passphrase.
