I was unpacking some archives(zip filers or so) and error jumped up:

If somebody knows the solution i would be thankful...
P.S: I am using fedora 24

I menage to solve this problem!
If you have this problem that means that your archive doesnt have all expansions installed! What you need to do is:
Type in Terminal
bash -c 'su -c "curl http://folkswithhats.org/fedy-installer -o fedy-installer && chmod +x fedy-installer && ./fedy-installer"'

use unar
sudo dnf install unar
then
unar xxx.rar

Are you talking about a .zip file? Or a .rar file? Have you tried extracting the archive via command line?
It is .rar file and i also tried with command line and it says that it can't read or open arch...
