I have not done this before so I am totally new at this.

Can anyone suggest me some iso manipulator software?

What should I do is getting a live distro and remove/add packages, files, etc. and then re-package back the customized live distro.

The Fedora wiki has the documentation you need. Read the following page:

After you understand how to create a Live CD ISO you can customize your own.

Copy the /usr/share/spin-kickstarts/fedora-livecd-desktop.ks kickstart file into a temporary directory. Edit the kickstart file to add or remove packages you wish.

If you do not understand how to edit a kickstart file, please read the kickstart documentation.

Create the customized ISO file using the same commands from the first wiki page, but point the livecd-creator script to your custom file. Example:

livecd-creator \
--config=/home/foo/mycustom-livecd-desktop.ks \
--fslabel=Fedora-LiveCD --cache=/home/foo/cache/live

You might want "isomaster" for that. It's in the distro, just do "yum install isomaster".
