I'd like to have my session saved whenever I log out. I use Fedora 24, and Gnome 3. I tried to set auto-save-session to true in dconf, but this didn't work. How can I manage to do this?

I tried this on F28 with Gnome 3.28 by setting org.gnome.SessionManager auto-save-session to true but it doesn't work either.
