webcam delay

When I start skype, cheese or ucview there is a long delay at startup before it shows webcam picture. It takes about 1 minute to have a picture shown.

Webcam is Sweex HD wc067 Fedora 17 (updates installed)

lsusb Bus 002 Device 002: ID 177f:0060 Sweex
