I attempted to install i3 earlier today but after logging out it wasn't listed. I ran this command to install it:

sudo dnf install i3 i3status dmenu i3lock xbacklight feh conky

Once I found out that it wasn't listed I tried updating my packages which didn't help, and I installed XFCE to see if it has the same issue which it does. I don't really know how to go about solving this. Thanks!

I just turned my laptop on and it's fixed Well I'm guessing that restarting gdm fixed it then I'm an idiot Thanks anyways!

You might need to restart gdm before it picks up the new session. Try systemctl restart gdm. (Or reboot.)
