I just want to know if the next are "critical errors" for the system... I was reading the manuals since i'm new to Linux. I came up to the sudo rpm -Va. I get these results:

....L.... c /etc/pam.d/fingerprint-auth
....L.... c /etc/pam.d/password-auth
....L.... c /etc/pam.d/postlogin
....L.... c /etc/pam.d/smartcard-auth
....L.... c /etc/pam.d/system-auth
..5....T. /var/lib/selinux/targeted/active/commit_num
.......T. /var/lib/selinux/targeted/active/file_contexts
.......T. /var/lib/selinux/targeted/active/homedir_template
S.5....T. /var/lib/selinux/targeted/active/policy.kern
.......T. /var/lib/selinux/targeted/active/seusers
.......T. /var/lib/selinux/targeted/active/users_extra
S.5....T. c /var/lib/unbound/root.key
missing /var/run/pulse
missing /var/run/wpa_supplicant
.......T. c /etc/kdump.conf
.M....... /run/libgpod
S.5....T. c /etc/hba.conf
S.5....T. c /etc/plymouth/plymouthd.conf
.M....... /var/lib/nfs/rpc_pipefs
.M....G.. /var/log/gdm
.M....... /var/log/audit
S.5....T. c /etc/cups/cups-browsed.conf

There are tables explaining:

S file size differs
M mode differs (includes permissions and file type)
5 digest (formerly MD5 sum) differs
D device major/minor number mismatch
L readLink(2) path mismatch
U user ownership differs
G group ownership differs
T mtime differs
P capabilities differ

and

c configuration file
d documentation file
l license file
r readme file

https://docs.fedoraproject.org/en-US/...

The only thing i did, is using rpmFusion installing vlc, and i did confirmed the gpg key for it.

Are the above critical? Is there a workaround for such issues? Or i mess up with them, trying to fix them?

What is your question exactly?

I just want to know if the above are "critical errors" for the system, and have to be fixed ASAP.

And if yes, is there is a specific procedure, or it's just up to personal work.

ps I want to thank florian for the fine editing of my question.

@MaoTao I did the editing with two clicks to show you how much more readable your question can be if the pasted text is correctly formatted. You can do so by marking it, and then click the 101010 button of the text editor. That's it - takes 5 seconds.

I don't see any critical errors here, just configuration files that have changed.
