Can't get Fedora 24 to begin installation

I've been trying for a few hours now and I just can't get the installation process to start. I've verified the checksum of the download, I've burned the image onto a usb (I've tried unetbootin, universal-usb-installer, and rawrite32). I then boot up the usb and choose one of the options (I've tried them all). Then it basically flashes between scrolling text and a mouse pointer. It always seems to get stuck when doing something with gdm. I've tried nomodeset, but that didn't help at all. I've also tried installing Fedora 23, but I get the same issue. Here is a poor quality video of what I just described.

Any ideas?
