I've seen in ubuntu that we can manage the drivers installed in the system with a graphical tool but fedora seems to lack a great tool like that, is there any alternative or is it a missing feature we should request to fedora developers???

The Fedora project don't facilitate the use of proprietary software, so don't request this to fedora developers. The foundation Freedom says that.

There is some third-party tools like Fedy, Easyife and postinstallerf that install proprietary software like graphics drivers.
